Cancellation & Refund Policy
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation requests have to be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests have to
be sent from the email you are using to login to your Obey
Your Doctor account. All requests sent from an email that is different
will not be processed.
Your email is the only way we have to verify that you are the owner of the account.
No cancellation request will be accepted over the phone or any other way.
What are the cancellation charges?
If we receive an email for cancellation, we will end the membership during the month that cancellation was requested. There are no cancellation charges.
What Does Canceling Do?
Canceling your membership simply closes the billing portion of your account and puts an immediate stop to any future recurring charges from being processed. It will also end your membership and you access to the network. We do not prorate or refund prior charges.
