Cancellation & Refund Policy

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellation requests have to be submitted by email to eat1half@gmail.com.

 Requests have to be sent from the email you are using to login to your EAT One/Half WEIGHTLOSS Network account.
All requests sent from an email that is different will not be processed.
Your email is the only way we have to verify that you are the owner of the account.

No cancellation request will be accepted over the phone or any other way.

 

What are the cancellation charges?

If we receive an email of your cancellation, we will pro rate your membership refund, less a 10% processing fee.

 

What Does Canceling Do? 

Canceling your membership simply closes the billing portion of your account and puts an immediate stop to any future recurring charges from being processed.

We will prorate your refund based on the number of months remaining on your membership.

 

How will I get my refunds?
We will either credit the money to your bank account or issue a check.

 

How long does it take to make a refund?
In general, we give refunds within 7 working days of cancellation. However, it can take slightly longer to reflect in your account. Even in rare cases, most of the refunds are settled within 30 working days of the cancellation.
